Returns & Refund Policy

At Revolution, every piece is made with care and purpose. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags intact
  • In original packaging where possible

We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This helps you receive your replacement faster.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
